Cookies Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies and similar technologies are small files or identifiers stored or read on your device when you visit a website. They enable essential functions and, when you consent, help us measure use of the site or provide optional services.

3. How to manage or withdraw your consent

When you first visit, you can Accept, Reject or Customise non-essential cookies. All three choices appear on the first layer with equal prominence. Rejecting does not prevent use of essential website functions.

  • Analytics, functional and advertisement cookies remain blocked until consent is given. Google Tag Manager loads with storage values denied and may send Google cookieless signals and measurements for basic measurement and modelling.
  • Scrolling, navigating, remaining idle or closing the panel is not treated as consent.
  • You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button available in this Cookies Policy.
  • The choice is retained for up to 12 months, unless it is withdrawn earlier or the configuration changes substantially.
  • To demonstrate the choice, we record a random identifier, the policy version, language, categories, action and date. We do not store the IP address or browser.

4. Services and providers

  • Comodoro Cookie Consent: manages the notice, stores the choice in the necessary comodoro_consent cookie and controls service loading.
  • Polylang: remembers the selected language through the necessary pll_language cookie.
  • Elementor and WordPress: use necessary storage for technical operation, security and website editing.
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: use advanced Consent Mode v2. Tag Manager loads with analytics and advertising storage denied. In that state, Google does not read or write cookies or identifiers, but may receive the page URL, timestamp, browser, referrer, consent state and a random number per page load for basic measurement and modelling. If you allow the relevant category, the associated full storage is enabled.
  • Metricool: provides audience measurement and remains blocked until analytics consent is given.
  • Superchat: provides an optional contact widget and remains blocked until functional consent is given.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: may be used in forms for security and fraud prevention; its operation and legal basis should be assessed according to the form and service configuration.

5. International data transfers

Google, Metricool or Superchat may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, they must rely on a valid transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can consult the information provided by Google, Metricool and Superchat.

6. Deleting cookies

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the button below. The system will delete known first-party cookies for withdrawn categories and keep the relevant storage denied. Google may continue to send cookieless measurements; Metricool and Superchat will not load again while their categories are disabled. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when services, cookies or applicable rules change. If purposes or the policy version change, we will request your choice again. Last updated: 6 August 2026. For privacy questions, write to privacidad@comodoromarketing.es. You can also consult our Privacy Policy.
